From discovery to rightful owner
The process protects the finder, keeps the item traceable and gives the claimant a fair way to prove ownership.
Submit
A finder enters contact details, a clear description, location, date and item photo.
Secure
The team reviews the submission and assigns an approved agent for physical custody.
Verify
A possible owner submits private evidence that is checked against hidden item details.
Return
After approval, the item is collected or delivered and the handover is recorded.
Search, report and track
Search public records
Use item name, brand, category, state, date or public item reference.
Report it if there is no match
Your report receives a private WLR reference for future matching.
Claim privately
Provide your name, phone, email and evidence only the real owner should know.
Report, hand over and follow up
Submit accurate details
Tell us what, where and when, then upload one clear photo.
Use only the assigned agent
Confirm the official agent reference before transferring the item.
Track your submission
Use the private WLS reference with your matching email or phone.

Why verification takes more than recognition
- Some item characteristics are deliberately excluded from the public listing.
- Claimants must pair their reference with the phone or email used during submission.
- Agents can see only the records assigned to them and handovers are logged.
- No one should share passwords, PINs or banking credentials as proof.
